COACHING BACKGROUND:
I specialize in helping women achieve a high level of body recomposition- meaning increase lean muscle, shredding body fat, and healing their metabolisms.
As someone who practices what I preach, I can attest to the effectiveness and direction of the protocols and tactics I teach. I’ve helped hundreds of women find freedom from fad diets, plateaus, or feeling out of place in the gym.
I work regularly with special cases (i.e. WLS, endometriosis, PCOS, pregnancy, post pregnancy recovery, extreme arthritis).
I believe that life is meant to be lived with confidence and happiness, and there is freedom through fitness- both in body and mind. When you join Strong Daily you commit to becoming a stronger version of yourself every day. I want to help you find what strong looks like for you!
PERSONAL FITNESS JOURNEY:
I started going to the gym in college, after a big health scare that left me underweight and unhealthy. Every time I walked into the gym I would quickly be filled with anxiety and fear of judgement, and leave. I felt weak and embarrassed for where I was at, compared to everyone around me. I felt out of place in the gym and in my body.
I started following my friend’s workout because she knew what she was doing and I felt more comfortable than going off on my own… but I quickly realized that she had very different goals than me and I wondered if I wasn’t progressing because I wasn’t training or eating for MY goals (turns out I was right). This is when I decided to pursue my specific degree and develop a deep understanding of the female body in exercise and nutrition.
I started lifting on my own powerlifting style training. Eventually I did powerlifting competitively. I broke state records in my first competition and loved training in this style.
Eventually, I dove into the bodybuilding world and I now train for the NPC bikini division. I find so much purpose in building and shaping my body for the stage. I love training like a body builder because it’s brought the fastest and biggest results of my life for lean muscle growth and fat loss.
My greatest accomplishment in my fitness journey has been the confidence I’ve gained in my ability to be strong in my mind. The gym and the fitness goals I work on remind me daily that I am stronger than I realize! That is priceless to me.

COACHING BACKGROUND
I specialize in educating / guiding women on how to increase their physical and mental strength. This is achieved by increasing their metabolism and progressive overload in the gym.
I have also worked with unique cases such as eating disorders, post-partum, PCOS, and hyper-mobility.
Health and fitness should ultimately encompass 3 things: enjoyment, sustainability/health, and results. I will help you achieve all 3 so you feel empowered in other areas of your life.
PERSONAL FITNESS JOURNEY
My own personal fitness starts at a young age. I did gymnastics for 6 years in middle and high-school. Unfortunately this led to developing anorexia during a time in my life where I felt like I couldn't control anything.
Once recovered, I developed a love for running and completed a half marathon in well under 2 hours in 2016. Though I was proud of my half marathon accomplishment, I decided I needed a change. I wanted to feel strong but don't know where to start.
The first time I picked up a barbell was in college when I enrolled in a strength and conditioning class. I studied, trained, and practiced not just to empower myself, but help women who may be in the same situation.
Most recently I decided to take my training to the next level with bodybuilding. I will be competing in my first couple of shows later this year!
The most valuable thing I've learned while moving through different phases of fitness is that I am stronger than I think. The skills I have developed in the gym can be applied to all areas of life!
