I specialize in helping women achieve a high level of body recomposition- meaning increase lean muscle, shredding body fat, and healing their metabolisms.
As someone who practices what I preach, I can attest to the effectiveness and direction of the protocols and tactics I teach. I’ve helped hundreds of women find freedom from yo-yo dieting, break plateaus, and build hourglass shapes through science-backed exercise methods!
I work regularly with special cases (i.e. WLS, endometriosis, PCOS, pregnancy, post pregnancy recovery, menopause, pre-menopause, & more).
I believe that life is meant to be lived with confidence and happiness, and there is freedom through fitness- both in body and mind!
